I have no idea, as I struggle to read the minds of the Boeing engineers and then the 3 FAA committees it has to pass. The only tool I have is RISK control. If history is anything to go by, I am cautiously optimistic about a strong announcement shortly—a boost post-placement, as underwriters often seek to enhance its value for their clients.
It could just as easily pop to 60/64 and 71.5 using the average swings and drop to 40/43. There is a devil's death cross near with the 50sma at 65.2 and the 200sma at 64.2 . SMN is trading below the 200sma.
