Hi Dr D.......from 4.00pm - 4.10pm, buyers & sellers place orders......some above the last price at 4pm & some below.
It is known as the CSPA.....CLOSING SINGLE PRICE AUCTION......and at 4.10pm. it 'spits out' that CSPA.
Much the same happens at open......an 'OSPA'.....opening single price auction.
