How is this a management credibility issue?
Scenario (1) - Management choose not to provide an update on an expected decision on approval given from a US regulatory body (NOT APPROVED BY SMS management!!!)
Under scenario 1 shareholders scream management don't say a bloody word!!
Scenario (2) - Management provide an update on an expected decision on approval given from a US regulatory body (NOT APPROVED BY SMS management!!!)by providing an estimate on expected timeline of an approval decision.
Under scenario 2 shareholders scream management have missed a timeline again.
They can't win. I think some onus comes on shareholders at the end of the day to know what the hell they are investing in.
