heads up - the tap came to ctm from ex-vale geos (not terra), who essentially were sick of paying the annual tenement fees
they also brought some cu-au prospective tenements to ctm, which at the time ctm passed on
several months ago the cu-au tenements were brought back with a more intersting deal attached, with ctm showing interest
for those who think that vale may be interested in ctm's tenement at 'the tap', why don't you consider the reverse possibility, re vale's ni-co property proximal to the tap ... ctm are ... (think avb and panterra)
all of the above from discussion with management (several months ago)
and that xstrata tenement, vale used to hold it and got smacked by the dnpm in 2009 with an art 26 (II) - same thing happened with avb and trindade nth, although avb were ultimately successful
looks like xstrata are trying to bring that tenement back from the dead - look at the fase actual, they currently don't have an exploration license for it - they have applied for an exploration license, until it's granted they can't do anything with it, imo
pebas was officially transferred to ctm from terra last week and there was some other action with some tenements (likely north of serra misteriosa)
