No company name was ever mentioned as an apparent condition of LOI.
What if, hypothetically, a mysterious LOI was fabricated in order to be able to say -
"The proposed farmin transaction had also provided independent third party verification on the body of technical work completed by the Company along with the valuation of the Seychelles acreage"
... would make for interesting times...
