since we are looking for reasons to justify this diassaster
and the waste of 3 years maybe the potential partner decided its better to just take us over ...
the deal was for 50-60 mill why not take the whole lot, kill of the jv buy as many shares and options as possible.
of course i don't believe it, but its just as plausible in my opinion as any other excuse that us holders will come up with, to mitigate our disappointment in this company.
