Oh yeah, someone (instos) sure knew something, since TLS was trading at around $2.93 on June 1st, it has steadily risen, with lack of shorting happening, which is highly unusual. It has been under constant attack by shorters daily for many months prior to June, it closed $3.21 at 4pm Friday, and in the auction it shot up 2 cents higher to close $4.23. Insider trading is alive and very well.
