In October 2012 I emailed MHM as follows:
"the MHM representations to the market gave implied confidence that a spinoff was supported and fundable, but its shaping up like smoke and mirrors".
They spent the next 6 months assuring me I was wrong.
If you look carefully I think you will find the S&M has been going on for a long time.
