They've just announced they are going to split them out which makes good sense to me. It should allow each company to focus and create additional value for current holders. They seem to be making very good progress in India and some success in the US with Hythane, not sure about China.
Total payments to directors in last quarter was $220K. Sounds pretty typical for a company of this size.
