Can't see it being existing traders/holders or could it be? We're gonna get a chance to increase our holdings at 6.5c by a minimum of 25%. Why would you top up at 8.3c? Might just keep an eye on the volume, reasonably small amount traded today, so someone's just topping up who might have got in late? 8.3c is a fair discount to 13.5c prior to suspension, could be the reason. Baffled TBH.
