1. I hate to inform you but spending time in another country has nothing to do with leaving a board. Boards like this often have foreign country directors. You would think BID would actually be looking for directors in UK and maybe US now, so that’s no reason.
2. What’s the power play? Chairmen of small caps always have their sleeves rolled up and very involved. JB said to Kohler he was “punched in back of head” and Dyer admitted taking over and sacking JB in a board meeting JB wasn’t even at. I don’t know what happened, but it all sounds messy.
3. He’s said he’s suing, so if you say he’s a fool and that there’s no grounds for saying this, you must know more about his claim than I do. Please do share. You say proof he’s spat dummy is he’s dumped his shares, couldnt that be due he doesn’t have faith in the board he says he says he’s suing?
