1. You and me are going around in circles on this one. All I am saying is spending time in the UK has nothing to do with being on the board or not. Someone in UK is very valuable on the board of a company like this.

2. According to JB's resume here https://www.businessnews.com.au/Person/James-Baillieu JB was Senior Vice President of ACX, which was also a SaaS businesses but in about 35 countries overseas so how do you derive "precious little experience and contacts in overseas markets" from this experience? The only thing I can find in Dyer's resume https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?personId=12914554&privcapId=317706054 is he was Commissioner to the Americas for Victoria which is fat cat government job.

3. I don't think either you or me can tell if the case has merit. You say the case has no merit at all but provide no backup for this. I say I don't know anything except its reported that he says he's suing and I think this will have implications when he does.
