2. I think you've just proved my point. Dyer's only overseas roles in that CV are an old role in Florida and the Govt fat cat job. JB's role was managing all the business development for an ultra successful global Aussie SaaS business with operations everywhere around the world. It's not even close in experience between the two, yet you say JB completely lacks international business experience?

3. You've also proved my point by googling about JB being litigious. Is it a good thing to be sued by someone who is litigious? They've had lots of target practice. Where did you find his bluff being called in your searches, I must have missed that?
