FFS my friend, stop just stop, every time you post something you put your foot in it even further!!! The stock was not a dollar when BID "took it over". BID did not take it over. BID reverse listed into a shell. You can Google what that means. But really it means Cove's stock was about zero. BID's listing price was set by the market back then and was 10c (or 68c now). If you follow the chart from there, BID traded steadily down to a low of 0.8c 1c (or 5.5c now) and has since traded up to a high of $1.76 and it closed today at 96c.
