the other main KPI the business brags about is meters under management. Well guess what? They already count in “meters under management” all the C&W meters where they’re along way from even starting implementation, and other similar deals. In this case, there’s not even a tiny footnote! It’s Class Action stuff. Someone please explain how a meter can be “under management” when there’s been no implementation??
i don’t know but I guess the C&W “deal” is nothing more than a glorified MOU which would explain why 2 months have passed and they’re still not even close to implementing
