    I read the article two bits of information only

    * Dyer's credentials in the HY are not true, JB says

    * JB is about to sue the directors for breach of the Corporations Act

    Just one of those two things would be enough to engulf the company in scandal and media storm and take it to zero.   Both of them, and I see zero as a certainty now. I hadn't counted on it all happening so fast
