Kwaidan, please explain how THX got diddled by UMC? My memory is that THX sold some diamond claims to UMC that did not have the goods, for this they received a bundle of shares in UMC. THX then sold these when BHP made a bid for UMC and THX walked away with a bundle of cash. These funds have been used for exploration.

Remember Copernicus? A nickle discovery by THX that is now awaiting PAN to mine. What,s that if its not a discovery.

Your post is exactley what I have been getting at. The average stock market investor and I mean average, cannot interprete exploration reports that shows them an early entry into a stock that is on the right track.

I would suggest you keep out of speculative exploration stocks and stick to the known producers or if you still like to punt do some more home work.. Me I like a punt.
