The chart looks set for a run aswell: MACD possibly turning up, RSI on the improve, volume up and the consolidation between 4 - 6 cents may be coming to an end.
On pre-consolidation (PKT) prices... this still has an effective PKT share price of 1.8 cents (PKT spent plenty of time between 5 and 11 cents before the GFC)... so with the share price memory factor, there is plenty of upside on that note alone. This should really be gravitating back into the teens on no news at all, but a new coal deal should seal it.
