ADX will be well aware of the expiry of the $20 mil facility.
ADX also have that $1 mil shortfall in the last capital raising which they can issue. Peanuts really. But it all helps.

ADX raised the minimun amount at the last capital raising.
That to me is a good sign.They could have diluted us further but did not. Read between the lines on that one.

Timing also looks okay.
SD will be tested well before the $20 mil facility will expire.It gives ADX options.

I hold ADX for it's prospects and it's management.
Zimmerman and cohorts are oil men.
I view VIL as venture capitalists.
ADX makes the play. VIL follows.

I must add that I am impressed with XST's managing director.
He is also a good oil man/operator.
He is following ADX in offshore Tunisia.

And there is the other prospects ADX has. The future looks good. I hold long term.
