It seems your well up to date, could I pick your brains please, could you tell me if you know what the status is with the contract HVLV have/or had with the Chevron, Wheatstone Project. Have they completed the building contract or has it been put on hold until Viento sort out whats going on Im just thinking if they HVLV have not completed the Project , wouldnt they be subject to some sort of liquidated damages for running late? If so that could run into big $.
Im thinking Viento would have to get rid of HVLV, and some how get some credibility happening again, from what Ive read shareholders were never all that keen on Viento getting involved in the first place, and 1 last question if they dump HVLV will they be allowed to trade out of this mess. I recall reading somewhere that the HVLV staff didnt get paid,(that sucks) they just shut the gate and put a security guard in place so no one could get in, do you know if this is correct, I would appreciate your thoughts.
