Nothing signed yet again..............Hundreds of conversations, feelers, etc...are held every week in the industry just that others do not report them like the the spruikers of ADY.
Wish anyone that holds well......but if was going to happen it probably should have happened by now.
On the Cornell deals, people only go with them when no one else will touch you. When Cornell do a deal it is covertable to equity in most cases and thus they average in below market, sell, dilute market cap,.....Look at last dealings with ADY and a host of other desperate companies.
