Watso was shopping at Coles yesterday and they had smoked cod on RTC so watso bought some. I HAVE NEVER COOKED SMOKED COD but purchased it

You can cook it in milk, but watso will do it just in water. watso hasn't had any 50 years, my DH hates it. It always reminds me of my childhood though. Mum used to cook it all the time.
one thing for sure, is that if watso's mom used to cook it, then it must have been cheap at the time..
anyway, watso spotted the smoked cod for the rtc price of $2/kg - so snapped up 2kg.
it is only going to be a mild day in perth today - but the fish needs to be cooked, and watso wants to cook the fish in his micro solar hws
