Hot crab:
Heat the following:
300 gm crab meat.
200 ml cream cheese.
200 ml cream.
¼ cup grated Parmesan.
1 tablespoon mayo.
2 cloves press garlic.
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
2 teaspoons soy sauce.
¾ teaspoon smoke tobasco.
½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
Serve with egg yolk bread crumbs and lemon juice.
