Tend to agree with nikko its a lifestyle choice, each morning a smoker wakes up with the choice to either stop unhealthy smoking or have an epiphamy and take on a different addiction, to become addicted to the joys of life.

My brother smokes like a train he is a year younger but looks 15 years older and 20kg heavier and mostly fat he has no self respect for his appearance, last night though we met for dinner and there was a dramatic change he had groomed himself and didnt have his defeatest look. I hope the change is permanent
