I have seen this sugestion before. But where do you stop". Do you also refuse surgery and/or medical attention to:
alcoholics
reckless drivers,especially motorcyclists
Aids sufferers who have been infected by indulging in unsafe sex.
Obesity caused by over indulgence.
The list is endless
NB I am NOTa a smoker, but my spouse is. She can NOT smoke IN the house.
