Jim & Bill,When I arrived at the G.M. last night- I was taken back when informed about this,
as you both know I am all about ABU investors making as an informed decision
with regard to the way we vote there, is much at stake, & welcome the
discovery of any information relevant.
There has been much assumption presented on these forms that PRC
was therefore responsible for the change in direction from utilising the trial mining
plant & instead using the Tanami owned Coyote gold processing facility & are therefore,
as its been suggested PRC are to blame for the Old Pirate Debacle that unfolded,
the reality now apparently being quiet the opposite.
I have spent many hours today searching ASX announcements trying to find
information relating to this news, below is associated
ASX Announcement 13th Oct 2014
Resigned Non-Executive Director – Mr Louis Rozman
Mr Louis Rozman was appointed to the board of ABM Resources in May, 2014 in an
interim position whilst the Company sought new directors.
With the new appointments, Mr Rozman is stepping down from the board.
The board thanks Mr Rozman for his key contributions to ABM Resources during a key period in the design and development of its Old Pirate gold deposit.
ABM will continue to have valuable input from the experienced team at
Pacific Road via the Technical Steering Committee which has two nominees from Pacific Road.
Therefore the technical Steering Committee incorporated the above Pacific Road Capital representation & according to what was released last night at the G.M.
recommended that ABM not proceed with the acquisition of Coyote, and instead
continue with the construction of a modular gravity gold plant at Old Pirate.
However the ABM board at the suggestion of Andrew Ferguson, ultimately decided
that the coyote plant should be leased from Tanami Gold with the option for ABM to
buy it at a later stage, and instructed management to make an offer to Tanami to
lease the plant with an option to buy coyote and the surrounding leases.'
We are now therefore aware that PRC were opposed to leasing of & therefore the
processing of old pirate gold through the Coyote processing plant & its now on record
that PRC's preference was to build instead & continue with the construction of a modular
gravity gold plant at Old Pirate.
So its conclusive unless anyone has evidence that otherwise contradicts this fact
that we have just become aware of, so any further witch hunt in regard to this issue
I would suggest is the tail wagging the dog.
