Hi Gannp,
Sorry, I assumed most people read the Herald Sun, because of its compact format, compared to the Age. When I read the Age, I have to place in on the lounge floor. :))
Anyhow, the article said - "Small emerging companies have performed far better than Australia's 100 biggest listed companies, in the past three years, delegates at a conference on "microcaps" have been told."
It went on to - "Mr.Dunstan, executive director of investment management firm-DH Flinders, said that in the year to September, Australian Power and Gas produced a return of 27%, Patties Foods a return of 34% and satellite company NewSat a return of 150%."
Not bad in my eyes, but, after reading "Elfy's" post, it seems certain people will never be convinced of NewSat's new potential. I will continue to be the optimist, or the wishful dreamer, etc, etc, that I have been called in the past.
Anyhow, all the best to all NewSat shareholders.
Chuck.
