Mate, nothing has changed, that's why the major funds don't touch it. ANZ got burnt hard in the past and many others, the CEO of NWT is simply a brilliant salesperson. This satellite will never get up there, however it's the "perfect" way of getting many more millions of dollars from investors poured into the company with no return.
Time will tell and I'm sorry as I said this company has the art of "giving positive announcements" down to a tee.
