Excellent point, I had not thought of it that way. I've always thought one of the greatest risks for a mining company with money is a value destructive acquisition. That being said, I have been combing through old projects trying to find similar projects to ED, ones with permitting completed feasibility studies done, near existing infrastructure and plvhcc/hcc/shcc . There certainly aren't many, the closest I've found was another couple old aquila assets, belvedre and washpool. Belvedre seems the best bet in a lit of ways but monster Capex spend required.
