The weekly chart below in my opinion is showing signs of strength picking up, as there are uptrend lines on my MACD, RSI and Elder Force (based on volume) indicators. Also there's a good uptrend in play and with this being the second touch of resistance there could be a break above resistence. There has been a lot of strength in coal generally.
I've drawn a channel, with the upper line at 3.51. I think it could go toward there if it breaks resistance, which it probably will if strength continues to build for SMR. We will see if that happens though. WHC has been hogging a lot of the limelight.
