By my calculations that is 81.91% of shares held by 7 / 18.09 % left some like as LT Holders the rest D/Traders if the results are good and a DIV is paid then maybe just maybe TER will get a re-rate, Refinanced,restructured,paid down debt,div more than likely.

S*#t they just got to get a good deal with the Mongolia business and cut the anchor on this dead weight and the stock should rise like a hot balloon there's only 18.09% shares and its a guess but Reckon at least 5-8% of them are as LT holders, not a lot left to trad as the volume trade shows some days, it doesnt take much to get moving when the wheel starts to turn.
