The JAT website looks like it's been updated but GK is still very much the main feature there so I'm sure it's just a delay (and not something dubious). The fact that the company couldn't be more specific about when the SMRA application would be submitted (other than "April/May") was a pretty strong sign that the application was not a simple affair and would require the coordination of multiple moving parts.
They should update the market though even if they don't wish to respond to individual e-mails (which I actually think they should if it's from a shareholder).
