That would go some way in explaining why the SMRA hasn't been submitted yet...
If this were true, it's highly material & the company would have an obligation to announce to shareholders.
It is certainly interesting as it also coincides with a massive slide in the SP...
So again, if it is true, its also possible people 'in the know' would have been dumping since 1-June -which is the date receivers were allegedly appointed.
Gee whiz - for me this is a huge cloud of uncertainty.
