Education in any undertaking is always beneficial ...certification...ummm not sure, as it is the owner of the funds, so it's at their discretion how they work it, just like buying a home or car. Compliance certification...well I don't have that for my normal tax..so why for SF tax etc. Certification tends to be were you impact on someone else (ie advisers are now certified because their actions can impact on clients)..... in that regard, I'd much rather see certification of parenting first(before you have the kids)
....oh and politicians.
