If you have unpreserved funds and you withdraw then the taxable component will be taxed at your marginal rate but you get 15% rebate.
Take care -the ATO are ruthless with their fines. Ignorance is no excuse -they want the cash!
Wait till youre 55 then start a pension. now you can withdraw 10%/year. -and if you retire you can take the lot out.
