newbie now you have wide range of opinions from the 50's and over age group you might want to consider putting all your money outside of super into a larger appartment for yourself in a great area and rent a room out if you choose not to buy property yet in super as i think you mentioned buying a place for yourself in previous post but you also said you have property overseas as well so no worries you are leagues ahead and whatever choices you make i am sure they will be the best for you but do let us know how you go
