newbie that is how i started and my biggest asset in smsf is property you definitely have the time age being on your side and the right ideas well thought out also you may in time be able to add another property but one is a terrific start and make sure you pick property with all the ticks that pertain to long time hold and future slow and steady wins the race with the smsf setup you need to look for those that offer diversity in your holdings some do not allow or cover property in that case you may have to use your own accountant if not happy with available choices
