i dont prefer commercial .. more inclined to residential side.. havent researched much about commercial. Yes, you are right, one property is just to start with. i dont want to run on the horses out too fast. i am also looking at buying another one bedroom unit (have another deposit thats almost ready for it) for myself apart from the SMSF property. I am still single, so no family stuff to stress abt .. lol
The sooner you setup yourself, easier will your life at an older age. I still feel i am way behind, i should have started thinking about it a few years ago.
Can you suggest something that i should be careful about or look at when using SMSF and Also, if you came across any issues regarding property SMSF??
