i have had my party time and got over it.. so have been inclined towards finance for a while now.. been dealing in stock market since 23, still new at it though. SMSF will be going all the way till the end.. when i retire.. so wont be touching it, just securing it for now. i did take into account interest rate rise .. so have calculated the repayments at arnd 7 percent(constant rate) and have considered extra payments but yes i did think about the vacancy period which could bite me later on. But its something hard to calculate i guess.. or is there a way to get arnd it??
