Will be starting up my own SMSF soon with $1m to begin and I am looking at future investments that will bring about a return of 6% plus.
Fully franked shares, some corporate bonds, possibly mortgage funds particularly when interest rates begin the climb up, and also some REIT's may all bring about this return. Does anyone else have any ideas to help me?
