I assume this will apply only to properties owned "by the SMSF trust"?
I.e. if my wife and I wish to renovate the family home, and the property is under both our names, as is the SMSF trust, I assume we can't spend SMSF money on this renovation
But we can on investment properties owned by the turst
Wishful thinking perhaps, but it would be nice
