    I had a licensed valuer assess the property, then transferred via accountant and lawyer involvement (as some tax issues involved for me). As long as the valuation was current, everyone was comfortable (3 years ago, so you'll obviously need to get advice)
    However, I did this same thing to adjoining property about four years prior to this property as well (both now in super fund).
    No company involvement.
