well, my experience is different ---------- 3 times in the last 2 years they have put money I paid them into a different account and then have sent letters of demand - the last one from collection.

I just got sick of doing their admin. for them.

On the second go the woman on the phone sent an apology via my accountant.

Guess who has to pay the bloody accountant to ring them though.

My fund is run straight as a gun barrel.

I find them to be the second most painful gov. or ex. gov. entity - Telstra of course takes the gong - but, at least you only have to deal with them by choice.

From what I have heard centrelink probably gives them a run with immigration close behind - but, thankfully I don't have to deal with either of them.
