been looking very closely at demographics around the country, good return on investment properties (new) reminded me of a dog boarding kennel, any older places reeked of maintenance, in discussions with a developer, building your own duplex and selling one was making a lot of sence, selling one to my super fund sounded like a good way to have a property that i liked and gear myself for another one for me. there are still areas now peaking in my opinion.
