I don't have direct experience with it however www.mclowd.com has been rolling out super software in the cloud for the past 3yrs and I get their newsletters with updates. They have improved it substantially over the years and now have (or will have in the next release - I can't remember) direct bank feeds where authorised, Macquarie CMA, and other stuff.
They operate on a zero margin basis and a user can hire super practitioners from a pool of providers, all of whom are referenced and users can comment on their experience with the providers. The providers no longer have huge overheads of an office, etc, so can charge out at very minimal rates to clients.
