Bill Shorten failed to show up and his second in charge said very little about what they were looking at changing, other than that benefits will still be tax free if you are over 65.
The liberal party said that they will not make any changes to the super rules as they stand at the moment but once they got into power and got the books back in order again, they will increase the contribution caps ,increase the govs co contributions and change the tax for excess contributions as they thought that it was too harsh.
I guess we will have to wait until april to see what might happen in the budget.
