I,m basically trying to get out from a very big company that charges huge fees for particular funds that they have an interest.I can stipulate some shares that i want but have to use their broker (not cheap).Yes company does accounting and audit.The accountant i use is with a firm that also handles finacial planning (not very successfully) so i'm in process of getting new acct.
