I agree about ESuper, have been with them 18 months. The other day I requested them to invest 100K with ING bank. I had a reply within minutes saying they received it and would forward a pre-populated form shortly. They prefer to fill in all the paperwork for you because it saves mistakes. Within 30 minutes I had the paperwork printed out, clear instructions which paperwork to forward on with the applications once it is signed and checked, all ready to go. For $600 a year for accounting and audit + $150 to the ATO. I reckon they are hard to beat.
All investments are done by myself through Comsec
ps. Whats in it for them? ING give them a .01% higher interest rate on their money, Oh! and if you roll over a term deposit with ING you also get the same extra .01% too.
