    Hi Lindso47 The S&G written opinion was in 2007 and I did not have to pay any fee for that. Due to where I worked I have not been able to take any action until now as I would have potentially compromised my employment. I am now retired. I have not yet discussed fees etc with S&G as I have only today recorded my interest with them with their possible Class Action Against Basis Capital and the Advisers involved. Having said that I expect the Solicitors will take a chunk of any successful outcome however as I have "lost" most of what was invested with these two funds I will still be better off than I am today even if legal costs swallow a substantial sum. The Advisers did disclose their commission for handling my Superannuation and I have no complaint with that. Regards Hawka
