SLSM have refused to apologize and have, on the other hand, tried to use the defamation to get the judge to force Lynas to reveal documents it has, to date, refused to do so.

Basically, SLSM are claiming that this defamation case will blow up in Lynas's face because it opens the door for them to expose lynas's illegal actions through the courts insisting open access to lynas's related documents.

Lets see how true that claim really is... I doubt they will get the evidence they claim to exist.
